Personality Questions

The personality question is designed to see if you are a good fit for the role and company. Seemingly irrelevant questions can be highly insightful for the interviewer and so framing your questions correctly and supporting the reasons why you make such claims is essential to come across in the way you wish to be seen.

Think about what characteristics you wish to highlight and what would be a great answer that would demonstrate it.

For example: "If there was a Zombie attack, what would you do?" if you were to reply:

"I would look for my family and dog and bring them together in a safe location and then find a way to barricade the place until help arrives"

This answer shows many things about your personality, it answer indicates that you are not a risk-taker, you trust the work of others, you are loyal and also take the initiative to protect what is most important to you.

However, if you were to say:

"I would gather whatever I could find to use as a weapon and fight the zombies"

This show's another type of person, one who is prepared to take on a fight, who is resourceful and acts quickly to the changing environment, in terms of crisis, this person would be great to have around, however, longterm they may only think of themselves and not have a survival strategy.
